The Brew Check

Service Agreement

The practical details, boundaries, and expectations that help keep your Brew Check experience clear from the first sip.

Effective July 24, 2026

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Ashley Anderson, doing business as Brewed Clarity(“Brewed Clarity,” “Ashley,” “I,” or “Provider”) and the individual purchasing The Brew Check (“Client” or “you”).

By purchasing The Brew Check and affirmatively accepting this Agreement during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

01

The service

The Brew Check is a personalized business-idea clarity and research service intended to help you organize, evaluate, and narrow possible business directions.

Depending on the information you provide, the service may include:

  • Review of up to five business ideas
  • Identification of the strongest possibilities
  • Light audience, competitor, startup, and viability research
  • Consideration of your experience, skills, goals, lifestyle, capacity, and resources
  • A clear recommended direction and a reasonable secondary option or variation
  • A personalized 30-day research and action plan
  • A written Brew Check report delivered as a PDF
  • Seven calendar days of limited follow-up support

If you do not have established business ideas, Brewed Clarity may develop up to three realistic possibilities based on your questionnaire responses and recommend the strongest direction.

The service does not include business formation, implementation, branding, copywriting, legal work, financial or tax planning, bookkeeping, licensing assistance, ongoing coaching, or unlimited research or communication unless separately agreed to in writing.

02

Client eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

03

Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. The founding-client price is $97, paid as a one-time purchase. Future price changes will not affect completed purchases. No subscription or recurring charge is included.

04

Questionnaire and materials

You must complete the Brew Check Intake Questionnaire before research begins. It is due within 14 calendar daysof purchase. If it is not submitted, your project will be placed on hold, the original delivery schedule will no longer apply, and a new start date will depend on Ashley’s availability.

You may submit up to five business ideas, five relevant files or links, and one general brain dump. Additional ideas or materials submitted after research begins may require an additional service or fee.

05

Project expiration

Your purchase expires 60 calendar days after the purchase date unless Ashley approves an extension in writing. If required information is not provided within that period, the project will be considered abandoned and closed.

An abandoned project does not automatically qualify for a refund. Reactivation depends on availability and may require an additional fee or new purchase. Exceptions may be made at Ashley’s discretion for illness, emergencies, or other reasonable circumstances.

06

Turnaround time

Your Brew Check will ordinarily be delivered within five business days after Ashley receives your completed questionnaire, necessary supporting materials, and responses to essential follow-up questions.

Weekends and recognized holidays are not business days. If clarification is required, the delivery period may pause until the necessary information is received.

07

Communication and clarification

The standard service may include one initial message containing follow-up questions, up to two additional clarification messages from Ashley if needed, and up to three reasonable client emails during the service and support period.

A brief clarification call of approximately 15 minutes may be offered when Ashley determines written communication is insufficient. A call is not automatically included and is not coaching or implementation support.

Entirely new ideas, substantial direction changes, unrelated research, implementation help, ongoing coaching, accountability, and unlimited communication are outside the included scope.

08

Seven-day follow-up support

You receive seven calendar days of reasonable follow-up support beginning when your completed PDF is delivered. Questions must clarify findings or recommendations in the original report. New research, new ideas, implementation work, and complete reevaluation are not included. Unused support does not carry forward.

09

Refund and cancellation policy

  • Purchases become nonrefundable once the questionnaire is submitted or work begins, whichever occurs first.
  • Before work begins, cancellation and refund requests may be considered at Ashley’s discretion.
  • Dissatisfaction with a recommendation, direction, research finding, or professional opinion does not qualify for a refund.
  • Failure to complete the questionnaire or provide required information does not qualify for a refund.
  • Abandoned or expired projects do not automatically qualify for a refund.
  • If Ashley cannot provide the purchased service, you will receive a full or appropriate prorated refund based on work completed.

Nothing in this Agreement removes any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

10

Nature of the recommendations

The Brew Check provides educational information, general research, and personalized recommendations based on information available at the time. Ashley does not guarantee business success, income, profitability, audience growth, customer demand, employment, contracts, funding, financing, or any specific result.

Outcomes depend on factors outside Ashley’s control, including your decisions, effort, execution, market conditions, resources, skills, timing, and customer demand.

11

No professional advice

The Brew Check is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, mental-health, licensing, or regulatory advice. Ashley is not acting as your attorney, accountant, financial adviser, tax professional, therapist, or licensed business broker.

Consult an appropriately qualified professional when your proposed business involves legal, financial, tax, licensing, insurance, safety, health, or regulatory questions.

12

Client responsibility

You retain complete responsibility for:

  • Making the final business decision and deciding whether to implement a recommendation
  • Conducting additional due diligence and confirming important information
  • Verifying laws, permits, licenses, certifications, insurance, and platform requirements
  • Determining whether an expense is appropriate
  • Protecting your personal and financial information
  • Obtaining professional advice where appropriate
  • Taking action and evaluating your own capacity and risk tolerance

You are not required to pursue Ashley’s recommendation.

13

Research limitations

Research is intentionally light and proportionate to the service price and scope. It may rely on public websites, platform information, industry sources, search results, and client-supplied materials. Third-party information may change, contain errors, or become outdated.

Verify material information before spending money, entering an agreement, or launching a business.

14

Confidentiality and privacy

Ashley will use reasonable care when handling the personal and business information you provide. Identifying information, questionnaire responses, and completed reports will not be publicly shared without permission, except when required by law or reasonably necessary to process payment, deliver the service, operate service tools, protect legal rights, or address suspected fraud.

Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.

15

Anonymous insights

Brewed Clarity may use generalized, anonymous lessons, themes, or patterns learned while providing the service for educational, operational, or marketing purposes. Your name, identifying details, private materials, and recognizable story will not be shared under this provision.

A full report, direct quotation, detailed case study, or identifiable testimonial will not be published without additional permission.

16

Feedback and testimonials

As a founding client, you may be invited to provide feedback or a testimonial. Participation is optional and appreciated. You are not required to leave a positive review or permit public use of your comments. Permission will be requested before publishing an identifiable testimonial.

17

Intellectual property

Brewed Clarity retains ownership of its original templates, frameworks, methods, branding, questionnaire design, report structure, and reusable materials. After full payment, you may use your completed report for personal and internal business purposes.

You may not resell or redistribute it, publish it as your own product, reproduce Brewed Clarity templates commercially, remove branding and claim the work as your own, or use the materials to create a competing service or template. You retain ownership of the original information and materials you submit.

18

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brewed Clarity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the service. Brewed Clarity’s total liability relating to The Brew Check will not exceed the amount paid for the service. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

19

Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute through direct written communication.

20

Electronic acceptance

Electronic acceptance has the same intended effect as signing a paper agreement. You accept this Agreement by completing the purchase and checking the agreement box presented during checkout.

21

Entire agreement

This Agreement and any expressly incorporated service description represent the complete agreement concerning The Brew Check. Changes must be agreed to in writing. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
